Welcome to Talk Dirty Chatline ("the Service", "we", "us"). By calling 800-805-6969 or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not call or use the site.
1. Eligibility & age
Talk Dirty Chatline is strictly for adults 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is greater). By calling you confirm that you are a legal adult, that adult-oriented conversation is legal in your jurisdiction, and that you are choosing to hear it. Callers are asked to confirm their age before being connected.
2. The Service
Talk Dirty Chatline is a live, voice-only telephone chat service that connects consenting adults for uncensored conversation. There is no app, profile, camera, or video. Caller availability varies by time of day and location. We provide the platform that connects calls; we do not screen, endorse, or take responsibility for other callers or the content of their conversations.
3. Free trial
New callers receive a free 5-minute trial. No credit card is required to use the trial. The trial is offered once per new caller, is subject to availability, and may be limited, changed, or withdrawn at any time without notice.
4. Charges & billing
After the free trial, continued use requires the purchase of a minute package. Current packages start at $5.49 for 10 minutes and are published on this site; the applicable rate is disclosed before you are charged. Packages are prepaid, non-transferable, and unused minutes do not expire unless stated at purchase. Charges appear under a discreet, generic descriptor on your statement. Your carrier's standard mobile, long-distance, or international fees may also apply and are your responsibility.
5. Refunds
Because minutes are delivered in real time, purchases are generally non-refundable once minutes have been used. If you experience a technical failure or a billing error, contact us within 30 days and we will review the charge in good faith.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You will not: harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate anyone; solicit or arrange any illegal activity, including prostitution; involve, reference, or role-play anyone under 18 in any way; record, publish, or distribute another caller's voice or personal details without their consent; use the Service for commercial solicitation or spam; or attempt to abuse the free trial. We may block or terminate access for any misuse, without refund.
7. Caller conduct & your own risk
You interact with other callers at your own risk. We are not responsible for the conduct, statements, or intentions of any caller. Never share your address, financial information, or account credentials on the line. If you choose to communicate with another caller outside the Service, you do so entirely at your own risk.
8. Intellectual property
The Talk Dirty Chatline name, website content, and design are our property or used with permission. You may not copy, scrape, or republish site content without written consent.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service and this website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days before the claim arose.
10. Third-party links
This site links to third-party services, including FKBook, a separate online community with its own members and terms, and to other sites in our network. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party sites.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that state unless applicable law provides otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
