18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement
Last updated: September 14, 2026
This statement is published in connection with 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A, and the implementing regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
Adults-only service
Talk Dirty Chatline is a live telephone chat service for consenting adults aged 18 or older. Every caller must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) and must confirm their age before being connected. Our Terms & Conditions prohibit any reference to, role-play involving, or participation by anyone under 18.
No sexually explicit visual depictions
Talk Dirty Chatline is a voice-only service. Neither this website nor the phone service produces, hosts, publishes, or distributes any sexually explicit visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, whether photographs, video, or other images, as those terms are used in 18 U.S.C. §§ 2256 and 2257. All imagery on this website is non-explicit editorial and design material and does not depict sexually explicit conduct.
Exemption from record-keeping requirements
Because no sexually explicit visual depictions are produced or published, the record-keeping and labeling requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to the content on this site or to the telephone service. Should the Service ever begin to produce or publish content covered by the statute, this page will be updated to identify the Custodian of Records and the location where the required records are kept.
Third-party content
This site links to third-party services, including FKBook and other sites in our network. Each third party is solely responsible for its own compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and for maintaining any records it is required to keep. We do not host or control third-party content.
Zero tolerance
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or conduct involving minors. Any attempt to use the Service while under 18, or to involve or reference anyone under 18, results in immediate termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Reporting
If you encounter conduct on the line that concerns you, end the conversation and report it to us through the phone line at 800-805-6969 or the support number on your statement. Questions about this statement may be directed to the same contact. See also our Privacy Policy and Safety page.
