This Privacy Policy explains how Talk Dirty Chatline ("we", "us") handles information when you visit this website or call 800-805-6969. Discretion is the point of a phone line, so we keep data collection to the minimum needed to connect and bill calls.

1. Information we collect

Call information: to connect and bill calls, our telephony providers process your phone number (caller ID) and call details such as time, duration, and the package used. Your phone number is never shown to other callers.
Voice content: live conversations are not recorded or published by us. Any greeting or message you choose to record is processed only to provide the Service and can be deleted on request.
Payment information: if you buy minutes, payment is handled by a third-party processor. We receive confirmation of the purchase but do not store full card numbers on this site.
Website analytics: like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymous usage (pages viewed, device type, general region). This does not identify you personally.
Support contacts: if you contact us about a charge or a caller, we keep the details needed to resolve the issue.

2. How we use information

We use information to connect your calls, process payments, run the free trial (including limiting it to one per caller), prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, improve the Service, and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use call data for advertising.

3. Cookies & analytics

This website uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics via Google Analytics. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; doing so will not prevent you from calling the line. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on this site.

4. Discreet billing

Purchases appear under a generic, non-descriptive company name on your card or phone statement. Neither the Talk Dirty Chatline brand nor the nature of the call is shown.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service (telephony carriers, payment processors, analytics), each bound to use it only on our behalf; when required by law, subpoena, or court order; or to protect the rights, safety, and property of callers, the public, or the Service. We never share your phone number with other callers.

6. Data retention

Call and billing records are kept only as long as needed to provide the Service, meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations, and resolve disputes, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings.

7. Your choices & rights

You control what you reveal on the line: use a first name or screen name and share personal details only if and when you choose. Depending on where you live (for example California under the CCPA/CPRA, or the EU/UK under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to opt out of any sale or sharing, which we do not do. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections to this website and PCI-compliant payment processors, to protect information. No method of transmission is completely secure, so please avoid sharing sensitive personal details on any call.
